07/06/17 - Day 94 - Chicago, IL - Third Eye Blind Show
Since I missed the show in Boston I made it a point to make it to Chicago tour stop. Third Eye Blind was one of my favorite bands in the 90's and I hadn't seen them since they came to the UF campus in 1998. I'd never seen Silver Sun Pickups, so this was a very good bill for me.
The show was held at the pavilion on Northerly Island

This year was the 20th anniversary of the release of 3EB's self titled CD, the one that made them really popular. In tribute, they played the entire album in order during the show. It was great, since I still have that CD memorized and I'm a big fan of some of the B side tracks that never made the radio. The crowd was big and really into it. Great show, glad I went.
