08/05/17 - Day 124 - Denver, CO - Denver Art Museum
Quick update - I spent some time downtown, including a visit to the Denver Art Museum. Only going to show a couple of items that stood out. One of which is the sand art below. I am curious how they made the lines so sharp using just colored sand and their hands.

The crystal ship below was included in an exhibit regarding the new world silver trade during the 16th and 17th centuries. Beside that is a painting capturing the scene of a child injured during a 19th century street acrobatic performance witnessed by the artist.

Finally, two more paintings, one in the fine arts section and one in the modern art section, you figure out which one is which.

After the museum I traveled around to a couple well known spots, including Union Station which serves as an Amtrak and light rail hub, and the convention center, home of this big blue bear apparently trying to get inside.
